The training process, certified by the Universidad Minuto de Dios, provides theoretical and practical tools applied to conflict resolution. It strengthens the communicative, emotional, and cognitive competencies of participants to implement in their daily work with different populations. Restorative practices are a social science based on innovative methodologies to build social capital and achieve social discipline through participatory learning and decision-making (Ted Wachtel). In response to the need for processes with adolescents and young people in the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA) to be more participatory, inclusive, and dynamic, this training begins, providing participants with fundamental elements for more effective work with the population of adolescents and young people linked to SRPA.
