This training, conducted in 6 municipalities in Arauca and Chocó, is an effort to build capacities in the environments of adolescents from a social ecological approach. Mental health and psychosocial support (SMAPS) training has been provided to both adolescents and young people, as well as to teachers and caregivers. Prior contextualization was carried out for the development of the curriculum and support manuals, and methodologies provided by UNICEF were complemented with Dunna’s own methodologies, such as mind-body strategies.
