Based on the experience gained and the results of the training conducted during 2011 and 2012, a more extensive and profound training was designed, involving not only teachers from municipal schools but also direct victims of the armed conflict. The training aims to promote coexistence schemes and social fabric reconstruction to integrate into their work processes as community agents. The work begins with transforming suffering by enhancing the individual and community’s own resources and resilience. The 2013 training was carried out in 5 municipalities. Several impact assessments were conducted, including one performed one year after the training.
