Place of Execution: Viotá, Fusagasugá, Venecia Year: 2021-2022
Bunsichari was our first reconciliation program, initiated through collaboration with key entities in transitional justice in Colombia: the ARN, the UN Verification Mission, the victims’ table, and the Mayor’s Office of Viotá. The diploma, completed in 2021, achieved the participation of victims, reintegrated individuals, law enforcement, and institutional bodies in a common exercise of reconciliation. It served as a preparatory restorative process for the voluntary TOAR initiated by the reintegrated individuals in the San Gabriel village in Viotá, as well as the TOARs in Fusagasugá and Venecia.
Multidimensional Evaluation of a Mixed Intervention of Mind-Body and Restorative Practices for the Venezuelan Migrant Population in Three Colombian Cities
The Municipality of Viotá is a territory nestled in the mountains of Cundinamarca and one of the few municipalities in Colombia that has all the thermal floors. Its soils, bathed by the Calandaima River, the Lindo, and the San Juana stream, offer a warm and temperate climate. Viotá is considered a green paradise and has positioned itself as an environmental hub for the establishment of crops and other agricultural sectors.
Viotá is a center where the dream of reconciliation and sustainable peace fills us with hope. We proudly present these three productive projects, the result of a profound process of reconciliation among survivors of the armed conflict, reintegrated into civilian life, law enforcement, and local institutions.
We proudly present these three productive projects as the fruits of a deep reconciliation process between the population who survived the armed conflict and those reintegrated into civilian life.
